For all your Land Use Forms please go to Forms - Planning and Zoning. We are hoping to have a new adopted Land Management Code online by this Spring. Until then we ask that you see the Town Clerk (Nancy Leigh) for the current copy of the Land Management Code. The General Plan and Design Guidelines are in the process of being updated also. |

| We hold Staff Developer Meetings every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 11:00 a.m. in our Town Hall Conference Room, unless otherwise noted . Your project must attend this meeting before going to the Planning Commission. Please have your completed applications with any necessary documentation to The Town Hall by the previous Tuesday (1st or 3rd), so Staff Developer and Planning Commission can review them in time. | ||
